How do I update my residential address with ICA as an LTVP holder?
Submit the change through ICA's e-Service using Singpass. You must update your address within 14 days of moving — it is a legal obligation for pass holders, not an optional step, and a stale address means you miss ICA correspondence about your own application.
How to submit
Log in to the ICA e-Service with Singpass and file the change of address request. It is a short online submission and does not require a visit to ICA in most cases.
Why the 14-day rule matters
Reporting a change of address within 14 days is a requirement under the Immigration Act, and ICA sends decisions, document requests and interview notices to the address and contact details on file. Missing one of those because the record is out of date can quietly derail an application.
