ONE Pass Application Support
E&H Immigration supports applications for the Singapore ONE Pass — the five-year pass for top global talent. Our consultants handle the full journey: route selection, salary and company eligibility review, achievements evidence, document preparation, MOM submission and family pass coordination.
The ONE Pass is designed for senior foreign talent earning at least S$30,000 in fixed monthly salary, or with outstanding achievements in sports, arts and culture, academia or research. It is not tied to a sponsoring employer — the pass belongs to the holder.
Who Is the ONE Pass For?
There are three routes into the ONE Pass: past salary (S$30,000 fixed monthly salary for 12 consecutive months from one employer), a prospective Singapore role paying S$30,000 fixed monthly, or outstanding achievements in sports, arts and culture, academia or research with no salary threshold.
Where the salary route is used, the employer must meet MOM's established-company test — market capitalisation of at least US$500 million or annual revenue of at least US$200 million. Salaries from multiple employers cannot be combined to reach S$30,000.
Not sure which route applies to you? We offer a free, no-obligation consultation to assess your salary history, employer eligibility and achievements record before you file.
Looking Ahead: The ONE Pass (AI & Tech) Track
From January 2027, eligible AI and technology applicants can meet the S$30,000 benchmark with at least S$22,500 in fixed monthly salary plus qualifying vested equity, subject to an experience condition. The general S$30,000 salary route is unchanged.
The Tech.Pass scheme is folded into this track from January 2027. Nobody can apply under the new track before it takes effect.

Who Can Apply?
MOM defines an established company as one with market capitalisation of at least US$500 million or annual revenue of at least US$200 million. Applicants already holding a Singapore work pass must have worked in Singapore for at least one year before applying.

Required Documents for a Singapore ONE Pass Application
The documents required vary depending on your route. Below is the standard list based on MOM's requirements.

ONE Pass Eligibility and Requirements
MOM assesses each ONE Pass application as a whole. Clearing a headline threshold does not guarantee approval, and MOM can ask for more evidence at any stage.

Pass Conditions
A pre-submission assessment is the most reliable way to understand where your profile stands across these criteria before documents are filed.
ONE Pass — Fees & Timeline
Official MOM Fees
Indicative Timeline
Fees are set by MOM and revised periodically. The S$105 application fee is not refundable once submitted; the S$225 issuance fee is charged only after approval.

Why Getting Your ONE Pass Right the First Time Matters
The ONE Pass is Singapore's pass for top global talent — held by 8,500 people as of December 2025, up from 3,600 in December 2023. It offers five-year validity, no employer sponsorship, and the freedom to work for, start and operate multiple companies. But eligibility is assessed holistically: clearing the S$30,000 headline does not guarantee approval.

CNA Client Story
Common Work Pass Questions, Answered
What is the Overseas Networks and Expertise (ONE) Pass?
- The ONE Pass is a five-year work pass for top global talent earning at least S$30,000/month, or those with outstanding achievements in arts, culture, sports, science, or academia.
- It allows the holder to work for multiple employers simultaneously and permits their spouse to work in Singapore without a separate work pass.
- Applications are assessed holistically by MOM and do not follow a fixed points system.
How do I renew a ONE Pass in Singapore?
- Renewal is not automatic. You must meet one of two routes: a five-year average fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 in Singapore, or an established Singapore-based business employing at least five local employees earning at least the prevailing EP qualifying salary.
- The pass is renewable for up to five years at a time.
- Check MOM's current renewal criteria well before expiry — the EP qualifying salary benchmark moves over time.
Which family members can join a ONE Pass holder in Singapore?
- Legally married spouse and unmarried children under 21 (including legally adopted children) qualify for a Dependant's Pass; the spouse may work or run a business once a Letter of Consent is approved.
- Parents of the holder qualify for a Long-Term Visit Pass; parents-in-law do not and would need an independent route.
- Common-law spouses, unmarried step-children under 21 and unmarried handicapped children aged 21 and above may qualify for an LTVP.
- Each family pass carries the same S$105 application and S$225 issuance fees.
What is the ONE Pass (AI and Tech) track from January 2027?
- From January 2027, eligible AI and technology applicants can meet the S$30,000 benchmark with at least S$22,500 in fixed monthly salary plus qualifying vested equity — share ownership or exercised stock options — sufficient to reach S$30,000.
- Applicants need at least five cumulative years as a founder, in a C-suite role, or in a senior technical role within the previous 10 years.
- The track replaces Tech.Pass and carries the same five-year validity and renewals as the main ONE Pass.
- The general S$30,000 salary route is unchanged.
ONE Pass or Employment Pass — which should I choose?
- The ONE Pass is more flexible: no sponsoring employer, no COMPASS, and the freedom to work for or start multiple companies — but the threshold is a S$30,000 fixed monthly salary.
- The Employment Pass requires an eligible sponsoring employer and COMPASS assessment, with qualifying salaries from S$5,600 (general) or S$6,200 (financial services).
- If you are below the ONE Pass threshold, the EP is the realistic route; an occupation on the Shortage Occupation List strengthens an EP application considerably.
