The Employment Pass is the primary work authorisation for foreign professionals, managers, executives, and specialists in Singapore. Eligibility requires a job offer from a Singapore-registered employer, a minimum fixed monthly salary of S$5,600 (S$6,200 in financial services), acceptable qualifications, and a passing COMPASS score — unless salary exceeds S$22,500/month.
