Why E&H
Immigration decisions belong to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority. What a consultancy controls is the quality, honesty and completeness of the case put in front of them — and how it behaves towards the people it represents. These are the standards we hold ourselves to, and the ones we think you should hold any consultancy to.
Every material conclusion and every final document is reviewed by an experienced E&H consultant before it reaches you or an application. We use technology to organise and cross-check information, but no part of our process decides anything on its own, and no document leaves our hands unreviewed.
No consultancy can guarantee an immigration result, because no consultancy makes the decision. We will tell you candidly where we think a case is strong, where it is thin, and when waiting and strengthening the profile first is the better course — including when that means less work for us.
We will not overstate a claim, present an unverified assertion as established fact, or include material we cannot substantiate. If a claim matters to your case, we will ask you for the document that supports it. An application built on claims that cannot be evidenced is not a stronger application.
An immigration file contains some of the most sensitive information a person holds — identity documents, financial records, family and medical circumstances. We collect what the application requires, restrict who can see it, and do not use it for anything you did not engage us for.
