How do I update my new passport details with ICA as an LTVP holder?
Report the change through ICA's e-Service and upload the biodata page of your new passport. Do this as soon as the new passport is issued — your pass is linked to your passport, and a mismatch can cause problems at immigration clearance and with any pending application.
Submitting the change
Log in to ICA's e-Service, select the change of passport particulars request, and upload a clear scan of the biodata page of the new passport. Keep both the old and new passports available in case ICA asks for the previous document details.
Do it promptly
Your LTVP is tied to the passport it was issued against. If you renew your passport while an LTVP application or renewal is pending, update ICA straight away so the records match — inconsistencies between your declarations and your documents are a common and entirely avoidable source of delay.
