Will I get an email confirmation after submitting an LTVP passport particulars change?
Yes, in two stages. ICA's e-Service shows an on-screen acknowledgement as soon as the request is submitted, and a confirmation email follows once the change has actually been processed. The on-screen acknowledgement is your proof of submission in the meantime.
Two separate confirmations
Submission and processing are different events. The e-Service confirms submission immediately on screen; the email arrives later, once ICA has updated its records. Save or screenshot the on-screen acknowledgement — it is what you rely on if you need to show the request was filed.
If nothing arrives
Check your junk folder first, then confirm the email address on your ICA profile is current. If there is still no confirmation after a reasonable period, follow up through ICA's enquiry form quoting the acknowledgement details rather than submitting the request a second time.
