How do I contact ICA about an LTVP matter?
Use ICA's online enquiry form for LTVP questions — it is the channel ICA directs pass holders and sponsors to, and it creates a written record of what was asked and when. Include your application or reference number and keep the acknowledgement.
The right channel
The enquiry form is the standard route for LTVP questions, corrections and requests for assistance in unusual circumstances. Written submissions are also easier to follow up on than phone calls.
Getting a useful answer
Be specific: quote the application or reference number, state the pass type, and set out the facts and the exact question in a few lines. Vague enquiries tend to come back with generic answers that do not move the case forward.
