My LTVP or appeal was rejected — can I appeal again?
Yes, but a second appeal (including one already run through an MP) needs materially new evidence, not a resubmission of the same case — ICA won't reverse a decision on the same facts twice. Strengthening income proof, cohabitation evidence, or the sponsor's ties usually matters more than volume of paperwork.
What a second appeal needs
An LTVP appeal is assessed against the same overall test as the original application, so repeating the same documents rarely changes the outcome. A materially stronger case — updated and higher income evidence, more convincing cohabitation or relationship proof, or a change in the sponsor's circumstances — gives ICA a reason to look again.
When to get help
If your first appeal (with or without an MP's letter) was unsuccessful, a professional review of what ICA actually responded to can be far more useful than another round of submissions. An experienced consultant can identify the weak points in the file and rebuild the case before anything goes back to ICA.
