How much does an LTVP cost?
ICA charges S$45 per application when you submit, and S$60 to issue the LTVP if it is approved. A Multiple Journey Visa, where one is needed, adds S$30. All ICA fees are non-refundable, so the S$45 is not returned if the application is rejected or withdrawn.

When you pay
The S$45 is paid online when the application is submitted. The S$60 issuance fee, and the S$30 visa fee where it applies, are paid after ICA approves the application in principle and verifies your documents. For applications submitted on or after 26 June 2024, that payment must be made within 14 days of ICA's notice or the application is withdrawn. ICA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, internet direct debit from the main Singapore banks, and PayNow.
Other costs to plan for
ICA says successful applicants will be told of any other fees later. If a medical check-up is required, it is done at a clinic and paid for separately. Official translations of documents not in English are also an extra cost.
