How do I report a lost or damaged physical LTVP card?
You do not need to. ICA stopped issuing physical LTVP cards on 27 February 2023 and will not replace one, so there is nothing to report. Your pass is held digitally and can be viewed and presented through the Singpass app.
No physical card since 2023
From 27 February 2023 ICA ceased issuing physical Long-Term Visit Pass cards. Loss or damage of an old card does not need to be reported and no replacement card will be issued.
Using the digital pass
Your LTVP details are available in the Singpass app, which is what you use when you need to show proof of your pass. Make sure your Singpass account is active and your particulars with ICA are current.
