Can I appeal an ICA entry ban or refusal of entry?
- Yes. You can submit a formal appeal to ICA explaining your circumstances and attaching strong supporting evidence — such as proof of rehabilitation, an employment offer, family ties in Singapore, or resolution of the original offence.
- ICA does not publish a fixed process for entry appeals, and the outcome depends heavily on how the case is framed and what evidence is provided.
- Professional representation significantly improves success rates, particularly for complex cases or long-standing bans.
