Is there a fee to file an immigration appeal?

ICA and MOM do not charge a filing fee for an appeal itself — the cost is the professional work of preparing and submitting a strong case. Because the quality of the submission determines the outcome far more than the fee, most clients find a professionally prepared appeal is the more economical route to a successful result.

What you actually pay for

There is no government fee to lodge an appeal with ICA or MOM. What you pay a consultant for is the strategic work: reviewing the rejection, identifying what changed or can be strengthened, drafting the appeal letter, assembling evidence and submitting correctly. A template you file yourself costs nothing but usually changes nothing.
