Can I exclude my son or daughter from my PR application?
- Yes. Children can be excluded and added as dependants in a separate or future application, provided they still meet the criteria (unmarried, under 21, born of a legal marriage or legally adopted).
- Note: male children who obtain PR become liable for National Service — factor this into your decision.
