Singapore PR Application
Agency Fees From
S$2,000

Most agencies quote only after a sales call. Ours start at S$2,000 for a single applicant. Where your own fee lands depends on two things — how many people are applying with you, and how much explaining your profile needs — and it is fixed in writing after a free assessment, never a percentage of the outcome. ICA’s S$100 per applicant is separate and paid to ICA.

What Happens Next

How Our Singapore PR Agency Works

A clear process so you always know what comes next.

Free profile assessment

A consultant reviews your pass type, salary, time in Singapore, CPF record and family ties against what ICA actually weighs — and gives you a straight verdict, including “not yet”.

01

A fixed quote, in writing

If we think you should proceed, the professional fee and the scope go to you in writing before any work starts. No percentage of the outcome, no additions later.

02

We build the case and file it

Document strategy, a personal statement written by the consultant who assessed you, submission to ICA, and every follow-up query handled through to the decision.

Why clients choose E&H

What You Are Actually Paying For

Three things worth checking against every other agency you are speaking to.

We turn cases down

If a profile is not ready, we say so and explain what to fix. An agency that never says no is not assessing anything.

One consultant, start to finish

The person who assesses you writes your case and files it. You are not passed to a junior once you have paid.

The fee is fixed before you commit

Scope and price in writing after the free assessment. ICA’s own S$100 processing fee is paid to ICA, and we say so plainly.

Fees in the open

What a Singapore PR Application Actually Costs

Fees start at S$2,000 and move with two things only: how many people are applying, and how much explaining the profile needs. Nothing is priced on the outcome, and nothing is added later — the free assessment is what turns the starting figure into your figure, in writing.

Single applicant

One PR application

What it costs

From S$2,000. A straightforward EP-holder profile sits at the start of the range; a recent job change, time abroad, self-employment or a previous rejection takes more work and costs more.

What it covers

Profile assessment, document strategy and review, a personal statement written by the consultant who assessed you, submission to ICA and every follow-up query handled to the decision.

Not included

ICA’s S$100 per applicant, and translation, notarisation or post-approval medicals where your documents need them.

Family application

Family PR application

What it costs

From S$2,500, rising with each additional applicant. A spouse and one child is not the same case as a spouse, three children and an overseas marriage certificate.

What it covers

Everything in a single application, for the whole family unit: spouse and children assessed together, one strategy, one submission, one consultant.

Not included

ICA charges its S$100 per applicant, so a family of three pays S$300 to ICA. Overseas birth or marriage certificates usually need translation and notarisation.

Paid to others, not to us

ICA and ancillary costs

What it costs

S$100 per applicant to ICA at submission, non-refundable whatever the decision

What it covers

Translation and notarisation of foreign documents, and the medical examination required after approval — typically a few hundred dollars in total.

Not included

We do not mark these up or bundle them. You pay them to whoever provides them, and we tell you which ones your case will actually need.

Ranges are indicative until we have seen the profile. If the assessment says your case speaks for itself, we will tell you to file it yourself and keep the fee entirely — that happens, and it costs you nothing to find out.

Seven Questions to Ask About Any PR Agency’s Fee

Ask us the same seven. Our answers are below, in writing. An agency that will not put its fee in writing before you commit is one to walk away from.

  1. Is the fee fixed, or does it move once you have started?

Fixed. After the free assessment you get one professional fee and a written scope, and that is the number you pay. If something genuinely outside that scope comes up — a document that has to be reconstructed overseas, for instance — you are told what it costs before anyone does the work, not after.

  2. What exactly does the professional fee include?

The profile assessment, document strategy and review, the personal statement written by the consultant who assessed you, the submission to ICA, and the handling of ICA’s follow-up queries through to the decision. There is no separate charge for the consultation or for the quote.

  3. What do I pay ICA, and when?

S$100 per applicant, at submission, paid to ICA. It is non-refundable whatever the outcome, so a family of three pays S$300 to ICA regardless of the decision. That is ICA’s fee, not ours.

  4. Do you charge a percentage of the outcome or a success fee?

No. Fees are not tied to approval in any form. A firm charging a share of the outcome has an incentive to file cases it should be telling you to hold, which is the exact conflict this page exists to avoid.

  5. Is any part refundable if ICA rejects the application?

The professional fee covers work that has been done, so it is not contingent on the decision — and ICA’s S$100 is never refundable. What we do instead is tell you before you engage us whether we think the case should be filed this year at all. The cheapest rejection is the one you do not pay for.

  6. What makes one case cost more than another?

The number of applicants, and how much explaining the profile needs. A single EP holder with several clean years in Singapore sits at the bottom of the range. A family with overseas documents, a recent job change, a stretch of self-employment or a prior rejection to account for sits higher, because the case genuinely takes more work.

  7. Do I pay anything for the assessment or the quote?

No. The assessment is free, has no obligation attached, and ends in a straight answer — including “not this year, here is what to strengthen”. You keep the advice whether or not you engage us.
