I don’t understand what kind of salesperson blames a client and says, “you wasted my time”, simply because there was a misunderstanding between workpermit and E-Pass in a chat. During the call, she kept interrupting me, saying “,wrong wrong,” and called me twice for every simple question I asked. Each time, she said she would “ask the specialist and call back,” but in the end, she provided incorrect information. The most disappointing part was her aggressive and scolding tone. She did not listen to what I was explaining and showed no professionalism or patience. As a client, this was a horrible experience and completely unacceptable. Was quoted $700 to help appeal for entry into Singapore. The contract stated clearly they will assist with post submission support and reply to ICA but after my appeal was rejected they told me there’s nth much they can do and don’t reply or answer calls anymore. Please take not when hiring them.
