Is NUS or NTU the better university in 2027?
NUS ranks higher overall (10th vs 12th in QS 2027), but "better" depends on the programme. NUS is the stronger default for breadth across disciplines; NTU is often stronger for engineering, materials and specific applied fields. Compare the course, not just the crest.
How to choose between them
Look at the specific programme's curriculum, accreditation, internship pipeline and graduate employment for that faculty. A student strong in a specialist field may do better at NTU, while an undecided student wanting flexibility often does better at NUS.
